Rayan is an International Programming contest that will be held worldwide. The contest consists of three rounds. After a warm-up round, the selection round will be held online on CodeForces as a regular Div 1 + Div 2 rated contest. The top-performing contestants from the selection round will be invited to compete in the onsite World Finals in Tehran, Iran, hosted by Sharif University of Technology.

The final round of the Rayan Programming Contest was held at Sharif University of Technology from November 25–29, 2025, bringing together participants from 25 countries.
Prof. Hossein Afshin, the Iran Vice President for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy, participated in the closing ceremony of the Rayan 2025 World Finals.
